Coco's Cottage Candles offers handmade candles.Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance, color, finish, or other characteristics may occur. These differences are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

 

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and photographs. However, colors and appearances may vary depending on screen settings and lighting.

 

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Product availability, pricing, and promotions may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions or pricing and to cancel orders affected by material errors, subject to applicable law. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, purchases are generally considered final sale.We do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or personal fragrance preferences.Exceptions may apply to damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming products, as well as circumstances in which a refund or other remedy is required by law.Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before placing an order.

 

Candle Safety and Proper Use

Candles contain an open flame and must always be used responsibly.Customers should follow all product-specific safety instructions and warning labels, including instructions to:

- Never leave a burning candle unattended.

- Keep candles away from children and pets.

- Keep candles away from flammable materials.

- Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

- Follow the recommended burn times and wick-care instructions provided with each product.

 

Discontinue use if a candle container becomes damaged or otherwise appears unsafe.Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
